The room is clean and comfortable.

The bidet was leaking and I'm so uncomfortable with that.

On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel offered easy access to nearby convenience stores, which was very convenient for guests.

1. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a lift, which may cause inconvenience, especially for guests with heavy luggage. 2. The restroom was clean, but the sliding door did not fully close, leaving a gap at the top. This compromised privacy, as sounds were easily audible. Additionally, there was no lock on the door, which could be uncomfortable for some guests.

No lift. Not suitable for senior citizen or people with disability.

No room service provided after 2 night stay. Staff gave excuse that it was too late.

The rate. The helpful staff.

The rooms and toilets could have been cleaner. The shower heads and taps especially looked like they needed a good scrub.
