CHDie Wohnung ist schön, sauber und mediterran eingerichtet.
Leider hat das Apartment sehr grosses Problem mit Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel im Bad. Ich empfehle wenigstens den Schimmel an den Fugen im Bad zu entfernen bevor man es vermietet. Die kleinen Entfettungsgeräte helfen nichts.

Come aspetto da migliorare forse si potrebbe aggiungere una televisione piccola nella camera al piano superiore e uno specchio intero. Attenzione che l'appartamento è un po' umido, è necessario mettere le cose a stendere fuori!
