Beautiful Ponsonby Villa by Zodiak Stays

Great location, charming house, exceptionally well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice deck at the back, lots of restaurants and shops right around the corner staying here the last days of our three week trip was a treat

Quite a few stains, tears and nudges around the house - which made it feel lived in and was ok for us, but someone expecting prestige design might be disappointed…. Unfortunately no reply to an email request for a cloths drying rack as an environmentally friendlier alternative to the dryer

The house is in a great location. Very handy to nice eateries and close to the CBD

The bed broke in the middle of the night and I had to sleep on the couch! The process of requesting my security deposit was obscure and easily missed (a generic subject line on an email where the user interface displayed in a microscopic font which I dismissed as an inconsequential response to my request for an earlier check-in time) which then left me standing in the rain trying to access the key with a cancelled PIN number! I also didnt like the broken and slippery outdoor steps to the parking platform and I didn't enjoy the picture that spontaneously fell off the wall or the cockroach that joined me in my shower. Altogether it was the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had, anywhere in the world!
