Very high quality rooms and amenities.

However, this is a self service guest house. There are 2 staffs whom you will not find throughout the day as they have other properties to look after as well. They have some serious repair works to do e.g., the glass door of my room was faulty, washroom door didn't have a lock or may be it was not working, and it was a very hard auto closing door which is not a good idea for bathrooms. Kids always needed help to enter. For 3 adult room they provided a couch for the 3rd adult which we did not expect. However, if you are visiting with friends or only couple, then it will work otherwise it will be challenging.

I love this place! Clean and comfortable room. Air con, hot water, coffee and tea making facilities. Will definitely book again

Отличный отель, идеальная чистота, прекрасный сервис: приветственные напитки, всё необходимое в номере, гигиенические средства в полном размере вместо маленьких нелепых бутылочек на один раз. Персонал очень вежливый и действительно гостеприимный. Сам отель очень уютный, есть всё для комфортного проживания. Всё настолько комфортно, что даже если там и были какие-то минусы — я их совершенно не заметила. Буду смело рекомендовать знакомым.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was clean with a tiny cute back yard. And at my Arrival o got a bowl of fruits and fresh juice which was really nice.

The wifi speed wasnt good, the room door is Glass next to the reception table. You could clearly hear people talking outside. There is also instructure going on next door which they were starting 8 in the morning and it was annoying.

The room was a bit small and the facilities were quite basic. It could be improved with better maintenance.

Das Lotus Guesthouse ist sehr schwer zu finden . Google Maps findet es nicht und die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber war etwas schwierig . Wir buchten ein Apartment , was wir erhielten war ein Bett ein Schrank eine separate Spüle und eine Nasszelle . Das Bett allerdings war sehr bequem . Die Terrasse kann man nicht als solche bezeichnen . Die oberen Zimmer sind besser und komfortabel ausgestattet . Das Apartment allerdings möchte ich keinen empfehlen .

Kein gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis . Der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig . ( kein Service ) Der housekeeper ist nur zu unbestimmten Zeiten im Haus . Die Kommunikation läuft nur über Phone . Alles sehr schwierig !! Für warmes Wasser um zu duschen mussten wir anrufen und dann warten bis sich jemand kümmerte .
