Very comfortable, nice apartment..

Very clean, quiet and large. Only missing thing was air condition. Vantilator was available.

We sent 6 nights at this place with 4 of my friends and it was amazing! It’s situated very nicely in the city, close to the beach and promenade and close to the train station from which we traveled mostly to the Cinque Terre. Also, right down the street is a bus stop from which we went to Santa Margarita and Portofino. The closest market is about 3-4 minutes walk and it has everything you’d need. The place is huge. There are actually two bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a shower) which was very convenient for us, a nice dining room, a living room with a sleeping couch and a big TV (we mostly used it for YouTube for music :)), two separate bedrooms and a cute balcony. The kitchen is well equipped, with an oven, an induction, a toaster and a dishwasher. and lots of dishes. There is WiFi in the apartment and it worked well with all 5 of us connected and also TV playing. There is no AC so you might need to take it into consideration but each room has a fan, either on the ceiling or standing and the weather was easy on us at nights so it was fine for us. The contact with the owner is smooth and the check in was very easy. Definitely a great choice when staying in Rapallo! Highly recommend :)

The proximity to the town was nice, and it was easy to access the apartment.

The apartment was not maintained well. The hot water stopped working the day before we left. I I contacted Michele, the property manager from Ariele Global services. He said he can’t do anything because it was too late, and we were leaving the next afternoon. I asked for a discount since we didn’t have hot water for two days, and he stopped answering me, so I called him and he got aggressive, raised his voice and said stop calling him. It is our last day here, but the week has not been very enjoyable at the apartment, since there were all these problems: 1. there was a drip in the hot water heater and a bowl was placed underneath by the property management to stop the water. 2. There were dead ants near the garbage pal when we arrived. 3. The shower drain was blocked so water builds up in it. 4. The shower head doesn’t fit on the holder, so it hangs. 5. The window in the bathroom doesn’t close. 6. The WiFi isn’t very good
