USNice apartment, good amount of space, air conditioning, laundry, underground parking garage. Good location in Bellano - quiet but easy walk to the center of town.

GBThe apartment is right on the lake with outstanding views, it literally is across the road from the train station and approx 20 mins walk to the Ferry Port, and also to the harbour, shops and restaurants, there is a pizza restaurant just from the train station car park who will cook you a takeaway pizza, The apartment has a lovely veranda of which we used most of the time as it is ground floor it has a lovely covering, With the apartment being so close to train station we took train rides to different areas and the Ferry crossing to Belagio, great little place to visit

GBI spent 3 nights here in this lovely apartment. Everything is great, especially the location, nice view and its so close to Varenna. The host is very friendly and responsive. Really recommend this apartment for you trip in Lake Como.

GBWe loved our stay here! The location was perfect, right by the lake and close to restaurants and shops. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with a well equipped kitchen. Plus the host was friendly and helpful with local recommendations.

Not enough subtle lighting in Living Room. Too bright or no light.
GBGreat location in a quiet area only a short distance from the train station and town centre. Lovely, spacious apartment, spotlessly clean with everything that was needed. Loads of wardrobe and drawer space. The shower was amazing. There is a coffee machine with pods provided. Nice patio area.
Only some minor things. Just be aware that all the sockets were the small three pin type so that even the appliances in the apartment didn't fit e.g. the hairdryer. There was only one towel per person so for a 4 night stay this wasn't really enough. On the day we left, the lockbox where we collected the key from had 'disappeared' and we had to clamber over the patio wall and leave the key there.
FIFirst of all: the host was very, very friendly and helpful! We got very good information before arriving to the apartment. He answered always and fast too. Thank you! The apartment is nice - the little terrace outside is lively. The apartment was clean. Washing machine for clothes is a plus. Caffee and water too. I recommend!
