Hotel Aurora

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the river. The staff and the service was excellent. We ate in the hotel restaurant again because the food was lovely although the choice is limited. The location on the river and with the crowded interesting streets directly behind the hotel is perfect. Parking in the underground carpark across the river was good because the parking bays are not cramped.

The hotel is difficult to find as the cafe outside and inside is clearly marked but has a different name. The aurora hotel is absolutely not prominent and is almost totally absent

Fantastico Hotel nel pieno centro di Merano. Situato sulla strada pedonale dinanzi alle terme. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte nella camera economy che aveva una bellissima vista sul corso e sul fiume. Lo staff veramente gentile e disponibile ci ha permesso di consumare la colazione fuori al terrazzino della camera e ci hanno aiutato a portare su anche il caffè delizioso. La struttura è curata nei minimi particolari, con stupendi dettagli floreali nelle aree comuni. Il parcheggio custodito delle terme ci ha permesso di parcheggiare agevolmente e raggiungere la reception. Siccome viaggiavamo per lavoro abbiamo chiesto e ottenuto agevolmente la fattura aziendale. Complimenti alla direzione e allo staff. Speriamo di poter tornare presto.

Es gab ein wirklich sehr gutes Frühstück. Sind die Fenster geschlossen, ist nichts von dem Verkehr, Bauarbeiten und Fluss zu hören.

Die Matratze war zu weich, wodurch beim Drehen auch der/die Nachbar/in geweckt wurde.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Meran und im Hotel Aurora, trotz Umbauarbeiten, welche vom Hotel vor Antritt bekannt gegeben wurden. top Lage, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal . Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal . Grazie
