We couldn't get the entrance code for 2 hours. The link for opening the gate doesn't work. We had to wait for neighbours to come to enter the yard. Very poor equipment in the apartment.

Très bon emplacement. Les boites à clé remplacées par des accès digitaux. Ambiance chambre de bonne sous les toits de Bergame. Deux très bonnes clims.

Très belle cuisine avec un plan de travail généreux mais qui est en partie sous les 1.80 m et avec très peu d'ustensile. Petite incompréhension au sujet de la taxe de séjour mais qui a été très vite clarifiée par booking.

Trudno mi było dotrzeć do apartamentu, może jakaś dodatkowa informacja, mapka? ponieważ budynek znajduje się w odnodze ulicy.

Amazing view over rooftops! Great flat at a great location in the lower town. Well positioned to go exploring the upper town too. And we got some very practical tips from the online guest book.

Unfortunately we were a bit too tall for the tilted roof to feel comfy cooking in the kitchen and could have used some more kitchen equipment.

The balcony view is beautiful of all the towers in the city. The location is very good close to city center and shops.

The apartment is not at all sound proof. The neighbour downstairs came twice to tell not to make noise when all I did was walking normally. The elevator case is in the hall so hear it continuously. You can also hear the neighbours talking. The apartment looks good in pictures but is dated and could use new wall paint as they were dirty.

The staff helped us resolve the check-in issues despite the late hour

- The check-in instructions were inaccurate, which made for a stressful late check-in - The flat itself is essentially a puffed up attic. Creativity is commendable, however in practice, all you're left with are low ceilings and poor soundproofing - The sought-after balcony is essentially unusable for that same reason - The bedroom blind simply wouldn't go up, making for a miserable morning experience. And the staff were reluctant to try and to fix that during our stay (shouldn't have happened in the first place)
