We, (a couple) had booked the property for two nights in November, but could not be checked-in as it was fully booked. The ordeal was quite an inconvenience because we had to look for an alternative accommodation late at night. Desiree Schutte was very helpful. She did her best to help us get accommodation nearby, and assured us we’ll receive our full refund as soon as it cleared from booking.com (She also offered a complimentary night’s stay some days after), we unfortunately were unable to take her up on her lovely gesture.) She maintained communication and after +\- 6 weeks, we received our full refund. Though we didn’t stay at the property, it deserves 5 stars for the customer service alone. Thank you to Desiree Schutte and the Jolly Suites Team.

Pool

Double beds were just two single beds put together, very uncomfortable for two people. The also allow people to host events and party. I would have loved to be in a quiet place for a weekend
