Nice clean apartment, clean area, underground parking.

Thin walls, could heard the neighbors. Duvets synthetic and not breathable - very hot at night. Use of too much room freshener.

The apartment is very nice and fully equipped (dishwasher, laundry, oven, etc), including hygiene products available. The location is very good as you can take 20-30 mins walk to old city center and 10 mins to Afi mall, Regina Maria Hospital. Also, there are many food options just around the corner (literally) :).

The balcony was not cleaned or the dust from a construction site made it very dusty.
