Easy to find, on site parking, nice tall ceilings, good breakfast.

Very sparsely furnished room, expensive for what you get.

This place made an already memorable stay in Castell'Arquato a truly unforgettable one. Carolina (I think her name was) is the loveliest of hosts, made a huge effort to communicate with us through the language barrier, and was always ready to help. The place is modest and it is on a main road, so be aware you will not be in the heart of the historic town, but it's a 10 min, picturesque walk to it. Our room was tidy to the extreme, simple yet very comfortable and well-equipped for our stay. I wish we had dedicated more nights to this location, truly.

It is on the main road, which could be a put off for some. I can see our room (Iris) potentially being too cold in the winter since it has high ceilings and sees straight to the outside. These are more things to consider rather than actual improvements.

La signora ci ha fatto sentire davvero a casa, con grande accoglienza ma allo stesso tempo molta discrezione. Eccellente offerta per la colazione.
