Clean and proximity to the the tourist places

No elevator for heavy bags

Very good location convenient to everything we wanted to see. Close to many good restaurants and stores. The streets were very quiet in the morning then would become lively for meal times and in the evening, such a good vibe! We were able to leave our luggage after check out which was nice.

There was loud music at night coming from outside but it stopped at a reasonable time.

Besides the usual, clean, nice, functional, it had a touch of class, a quiet good taste, simple but present. Great stay, great value/quality

Exceptional attention to detail. Only 5 minutes walk from centre of Bologna. Smooth check in process. Check in and out is all done virtually.
