Отличный домик в тихом районе. В плане температуры, в нём хорошо и днём, и ночью. Хороший ремонт. Всё необходимое есть, включая кондиционер, пылесос, металлическую раскладную сушилку, посуду, кастрюли, сковородки, микроволновку, холодильник с морозильником, плиту и даже пару судочков (контейнеров) для еды. Быстрое удалённое поселение, отличная быстрая коммуникация с хозяйкой. Удобно за 40 минут добираться на трамвае до самой Венеции.

Практически отсутствует вентиляция, поэтому приходилось вручную проветривать помещение, но помогало не очень. Кондиционер работает слабенько, рассчитывать на него не приходится.

Dobry dojazd do apartamentu samochodem. Samochód można zaparkować na posesji. Przystanek autobusowy w kierunku Wenecji w odległości 3min na piechotę. Dookoła sklepy kafeterie i restauracje.

The apartment is located in one end of the city of Mestre, close to the tram station to Venice and has a parking space in the courtyard of the building.

There are no mosquito nets on the windows, so on the first night we had to deal with killing 9 mosquitoes. For the rest of our stay we had to stay in a bunker, completely closed, because every time we went out the door 3-4 mosquitoes would come in. There are cobwebs on the walls, the towels are of an uncertain color and are very worn, the refrigerator was not cleaned properly, and the freezer was like a block of snow, not thawed for years. We were left with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people, 4 days, liquid soap at the bottom of the bottle, which was finished the next day and no shower gel. I have stayed in dozens of apartments all over Europe, but rarely such a lack of interest in the comfort of tourists. PS: the bed in the bedroom creaks terribly with every movement, it's impossible to rest.

Very comfortable apartment, fully equipped and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and the tram station T1 is a few meters away. Good communication with the owner.

Very close to the highway but in a nice quiet area of Mestre. Direct bus and tram to Venice. Clean comfortable apartment, free parking, good communication with the owner. We even received visitor's passes to Venice. Very nice touch.

Looks like some guests were smoking in the apartment. The owner posted multiple warnings that smoking is prohibited, but not everyone listened.

The apartment is nice, very clean and spacious. Near the tram station for Venice. Parking is right next to the apartment. The host is friendly and helpful.

The bed is quite creaky.
