Odlična lokacija. U okolini ima restorana, kafića i prodavnica, kao i parking mesta. Stan veoma čist, udoban, opremljen. Kupatilo novo.

Odlična lokacija, u blizini mnogih restorana, kafića i prodavnica. Besplatan parking je dostupan ispred zgrade, što je veliki plus jer u okolini ne može da se plati dnevna karta za parkiranje na ulici. Veoma brz internet. Stan se nalazi u prizemlju.

Nedostaju šamponi i kupke u kupatilu. Niko neće za jedan dan da kupuje šampon. Ugaona garnitura u dnevnoj sobi bi mogla da bude čistija. Nedostaje neko sitno posuđe i, možda, mikrotalasna rerna...
