Apartment inside was clean and very tastefully decorated.

I am a regular user of this site, 45 bookings in the past year. I have been very happy with both the service this site offers and the properties I’ve selected, until I booked this apartment. The primary criteria when choosing this property for our six night stay in Pinzolo was uninterrupted views and to not be overlooked. Judging from the exterior photos the host had published on this site at the time of booking, this apartment was just what we wanted. We were shocked and very disappointed to find that this is not the case. A large majority of the scenic views have now been replaced by an active building site.The green area adjacent to the apartment as shown at the time of our booking is now the location of two new houses, which overlook the accommodation. The owners solution, a verbal apology for their misleading advertising and ,after we decided not to stay, an insulting offer of 200 euro in compensation (total cost of our six night was 1558 euro) After waiting in the apartment for over an hour, for the assistance that never came from booking.com, we decided to seek alternative accommodation in town (which was fantastic) This new accommodation was 250 metres away and within view/earshot of the building site. The noise and activity we could hear/see from it confirmed our decision to move was the correct one. To be extremely fair with my review, I could not fault the overall appeal of the interior of the apartment, which we viewed in whole. The lessons I have learned from this negative experience? Firstly, when planning a long stay in the future, I will contact the host before the free cancellation period expires, making sure that the property is still as advertised. Secondly, if there’s a major problem, like in this case, booking.com will not help to resolve the issue.

Wonderful location near the village gondola in Pinzolo. Beautiful newer apartment, very clean, well stocked and a nice espresso pod maker. Comfy beds and just enough space for our family of four.

The spiral staircase can be a hazard for small children. A child gate would be useful in that scenario. We used the clothes drying rack to prevent catastrophe.

Highly recommend this comfortable, spacious apartment. Lovely bathrooms and well-outfitted kitchen. Spacious living area and bedrooms. The private sauna was an added plus and the relaxation room with the wooden lounge chairs just outside the sauna was an added plus. Great location close to everything in Pinzolo. Very responsive host. We would definitely stay again. This was our favorite accommodations out of the four we have stayed in on this ski trip. Everything was perfect!

the property is perfectly located, close to the ski rental, skipass purchase and skilift, supermarket and bar for breakfast and shops. there is a bio sauna in the apartment. the apartment is newly refurbished perfectly, its all new and beautiful!

The location was great, just a short stroll to the ski lift in Pinzolo. Accommodation is well designed, trendy and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. A jacuzzi on the balcony would have been icing on the cake! Would certainly stay again if in the area.
