Confort et propreté et la réactivité du propriétaire en cas de problème. La cours intérieure est très agréable. Il est facile de se garer dans la rue.

Le système de porte qui se ferme automatiquement et l'on peut rester bloquer à l'extérieur si les clés sont restés à l'intérieur. Un coq dans le voisinage, rien de rédhibitoire pour nous qui habitons à la campagne...
