Really nice atmosphere. Breakfast is simple but good. They are some lovely animals around. The staff is incredible nice and helpful!

Just a little bit far from the center (15min by walk)

La ubicación esta a 5-10 minutos a pie del centro y del puerto, y a 3-4 minutos en tuc tuc. La terminal de bus y vans igual. Llegamos antes y no hubo problema en hacer el check-in antes. La familia un 11, super agradable atentos en todo momento. El desayuno que ofrecen cada mañana esta buenisimo, dos tostadas con mantequilla, huevo o tortilla y mermelada. Agua y cafe ilimitado. Los bungalows muy completos con su baño espacioso y la cama grande, teniamos dos uno para dos personas y otro para 3 siendo muy comoda la litera de arriba. El sitio para respirar paz y tranquilidad es un lujo. En las casitas de madera. No habia bichos en los bungalows ya que alli donde esta el sitio podria ser posible. No nos picó ningún mosquito, ni bicho, llevando el repelente pero aún asi ninguno. El baño con su puerta para poder cerrar y todo tapado. Al lado hay un bar de mojitos, muy bonito también Te organizan tu viaje de vuelta o para continuar, con las vans o autobús. Damos las mil gracias a la chica y a sus hijos por la amabilidad en todo momento, lo recomiendo 100%.

Por poner una pega que los 100 metros de camino para llegar la primera vez si no te dicen donde es, es un poco escondido.

Irina y el personal del hotel han sido super amables y nos han ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado. El jardín es muy bonito y el entorno también. Todo ha sido estupendo y muy cómodo.

Jannel and Angelica were some of the best hosts that I have met on my travels in ASIA. Not only did they help with things to see and do in the area, on the day we were leaving they hosted a lunch for our party. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The place itself is good and aesthetic, and we got to have our privacy since it's kubo type and every unit has it's own bathroom and aircon which is nice. Breakfast is so-so, only eggs, toast, jam, butter and coffee.

The poor rating is all about the staff and how they manage the place. We are a group of 6 and they are not considerate and all should be in favor with them. The lesbian staff has an attitude from the very first moment we arrived at the place and talked to them. At first, they told my friend that the tour is 1,300 per pax but what they told me is it's 1,500 which is different from the initial conversation they had with my friend. We just disregarded it and paid the 1,500 because they said that the 1,300 is for the land tour which they did not tell us. Second, we rented a motorcycle and on the waiver they've put 3 days and did not list the specifics of the days we wanted to rent the motors which is 2 motors for 3 days and 1 motor for 1 day which we told them, in the end they insisted that it's 3 motors for 2 days and 1 motor for 1 day and that we didn't surrender the key when in fact we left it with them. They did not consider that we haven't used 1 motor for a day and they said the other motor was already expired so in our 3rd day we only had 1 motor left when it should be 2, so technically we are charged more. They told my friend that they can get a refund for it and my friend did not take the refund 'coz he thought that can act as a tip for the accomodation. We clarified this to them together with my group that we really should have the refund since we didn't use the motor for a day but the lesbian staff reversed us saying that my friend misunderstood what they told him and that me and my group just had a miscommunication. It seems like they're saying different things when they talk to other people in my group but when we confront them altogether they are twisting their words and the waiver cannot justify anything because they did not list the specifics of how we wanted to rent the motor.

No hot water, the air in the house was a bit “heavy”, the surrounding a bit noisy between howling of dogs and roasters at any time in the night. We had unexpected “guests” with us like gecko and spiders (big one), but that’s the jungle experience
