The hotel is very simple - but this has to be rated in the context of the very low price. Great value, very clean and everything a traveller needs. Location right in the center. The windows are on a busy street so there's noise at night. Notice that the staff doesn't speak English, but French only. Nothing a translator app can't solve.

Good, clean, simple room with a fan

There was no one at the reception when we arrived and when we called the number they put there for that case, no one picked up - after we waited for a bit the guy came back

Great location, central to main square. Great staff, good value rooms. Safe. Complimentary tea and biscuits was a lovely touch.

A little noisy and lack of air con.

Hotel is situated in the city centre with easy access to shops and restaurants. ~30 minutes walk from the Ouarzazate airport. Staff was kind but cannot speak English. Room was neat and had a comfortable stay.

Bathroom handle was not proper.

location is great for the airport which was 5 minutes away.

The hotel is in the centre so it's a bit noisy at night.
