Wer mitten im Regenwald wohnen will ist hier genau richtig. Es gibt viele Tiere, Trails, Strand, Dschungelpool, leckeres Essen, einen Kletterwald und das Cultural Village in Laufentfernung. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Die Unterkünfte sind sehr einfach, aber geräumig.

Location bit far, the shower tab was not functioning good, when we try to call the customer service various times no one answering the phone. Not much activities can be done there, no WiFi in the room, the phone line connection is really poor, is depend on luck whether can have the access, so if unable to access and need help the only way is only to walk to the reception area which is a distance.

Fabulous location in the rainforest next to the beaches.. Saw proboscis monkeys from our balcony which was a highlight. Loved the waterfall hike, food was great & staff mostly lovely!

We enjoyed the 3in1 boat trip but found it very expensive. The rooms are very basic but it is what it is.

Malay lady at reception not very helpful. Late checkin. When requested for shuttle to book in advance for airport she told us that we will have to prebook a Grab ourselves. This lady needs some training on customer services. She was helping people as if she will only help if your face fits. Unfortunately our face did not fit. However the HR manager Melissa was the total opposite. She organised the airport shuttle for us, she apologised for the delay in checkin and offered a complimentary drink to diffuse the situation and she also organised several trips for us that we really enjoyed. Thank you Melissa. Restaurant - Food is very good. Service is very slow. The staff can’t be bothered if you are waiting by the desk to place an order. They try not to maintain eye contact to avoid you and they behave as if they are doing us a service for free. The porter/ driver Fedrus was the most humble and helpful member of staff. He took our bags up the tree house both ways and also drove us to the airport on our last day. Thank you Fedrus. The male receptionist Aswan whom we met the next day to confirm our trips was also very helpful. Finally the 2 gentlemen who took us on the boat trip was out of the world. They not only took us to the right places, they spotted a crocodile, two species of dolphins, allowed us to experience handling turtles, took us snorkelling and brought us safely back. So all in all the bad experience with the Malay lady at the reception on day 1 was turned round with an excellent service recovery by the rest of the staff. Thank you Melissa and lovely staff.

What an experience staying in a treehouse and having proboscis monkeys swing in the trees in front of your balcony! The trails were fabulous and we thoroughly enjoyed it, particularly when the day trippers had gone and it was peaceful with just the jungle sounds.

It would’ve been nice to have had fresh towels ( we stayed 4 nights) despite requesting housekeeping no one turned up. The food, particularly western style breakfast wasn’t good- it didn’t spoil the overall experience. Fortunately there are restaurants and convenience shops within a 15 minute walk.
