CHIt DOES have a parking. This is worth mentioning here, as so many advertise "parking available", meaning you can find it in the street if you're lucky... (Which, in my opinion, is mislabeling)
There's no breakfast: you get a voucher for a coffee and a croissant in a caffetteria nearby... ...but that's not what you mean when you check the box "breakfast" to book a place! This is playing with words and borderline fraudulent. This mislabeling is becoming a widespread issue on Booking.com listings and I'm not sure who's responsible for that: the hosts or the platform...
