The hotel itself is beautiful, it has a big territory and lots of facilities. There are nice little details in the rooms, such as tote bags, hats and sleeping kits which made us feel very welcome

Unfortunately, in contrast to the beauty of the hotel itself, the staff’s attitude is very poor and doesn’t match the quality of the property. Guests leave plates with food and glasses with drinks by the pool, and they remain there under the sun and heat until late at night without anyone taking care of them. We arrived on Easter Day, and there were raw broken eggs scattered around the hotel grounds and the pool area. The staff kept walking past them without cleaning them up or doing anything about it. At the restaurant, the staff was very inattentive. It took us five attempts to ask for water during dinner before it was finally brought to us. Then they brought us a bottle of wine and simply left it on the table. We waited another 30 minutes, repeatedly asking for glasses and for the bottle to be opened. And the cherry on top was that my partner left his sweatshirt in the restaurant. When we came back to collect it, the staff told us they had seen it and placed it on a hanger, even though their usual procedure is to bring lost items to reception. However, it disappeared from the hanger. We asked several times for help finding it, but the staff remained completely indifferent. It’s such a shame that the impression of such a beautiful hotel is ruined by the people who work there.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, tout était parfait. Nous y retournerons . L'hôtel en pleine campagne, nous étions vraiment au calme. Hôtel que nous recommenceront.

Most amazing place, so relaxing, spacious and grounding. Definitely want to come back with my kids and sunny weather. Food is amazing, best breakfast buffet I have ever encountered, amazing pool and so much outside space to explore.
