I liked the location and the food quality provided by the restaurant.

Rooms are compact compared to the price they have charged..No buckets and mugs provided in bathroom which was very much inconvenient for the kids, also no cloth hangers in room.

Great staff, very friendly, and helpful.

Bathroom could use a squeegee so your guests can remove some of the water on the floors after a shower. Hot water was not very good. Please do not include extra items on the room service order, if they are not complimentary. Each order I made had extra items that I was told were complimentary but they all showed up on the bill.

They cheated on us...we booked a deluxe room on booking.com but on the first day they gave us a classic room which was very small and without a window and said we don't have any deluxe rooms in the hotel. When we filed a complaint with booking.com then next day they changed our room to the one we booked....they wasted our one day

Location, staff were amazing, breakfast was good but always struggle to find place to set, food for dinner and lunch was delicious

Rooms need some update , lots of the room tools are old and need to be changed some of them are not even working

Very nice experience staying at the Hotel..very polite and courteous staff with prompt service. Food quality was very good and was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the property and rooms. Mr Rajendra Singh (F&B mgr) was very helpful and very kind. The location is pretty decent, although a bit far from the railway station, but given the overall experience the location is merely an issue. Overall very satisfied and definitely recommend.
