"Great location, good facilities, kind staff."

Kind staff, good breakfast, room was big and clean, great location, 7 minutes walk from city center. The hotel restaurant located near the leaning tower was amazing! Also had free parking which was great.

Very clean, modern facilities. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Within easy reach of the leaning tower. Would recommend restaurant Amanda on the main road to the tower.

Balcony was small, only enough room for 1 chair.

It was clean and quite well appointed.

Very disappointed by the location. Whilst it was only ten minutes walk to the Tower, it was located in somewhat run down semi industrial area. The walk to the sights entailed walking down a busy main road and underpass. The street to the Tower was unclean with litter. Having arrived from Lucca which was immaculate by contrast, the location was a let down.

"Simple, clean and comfortable place to stay in centre of Pisa and very helpful friendly staff."

It was clean and comfortable and beds were all ready with cot for us even though we’d only booked a couple of hours before as our previous booking could no longer host us. The man Elio was very helpful and whatsapped me so I knew where I could park and he told us directions to a restaurant they also own and it was delicious food. We had a great evening and night stay in Pisa.

No bottle opener in mini bar.
