USThe proximity to and from the airport was convenient. Of course, you "pay" with a little jet noise, but it really wasn't very frequent. It was easy to get out of town quickly, too. Furnishings (and upstairs master bathroom!) were classy Even though several rooms were occupied, we didn't get in each other's way at all. The place is just around the block from the wonderful surf sound and view! Easy to catch a sunrise and sunset. The place was spotless and touched up every day.
