ITThe apartment is in a good position, few minutes from the centre town and 5/10 minutes by walking to Victoria Bus Station. The room with bathroom is quite comfy. Washing and drying machines are fine. Air conditioning and ventilators are in the room.
Both the building and the apartment are not cleaned enough. Just when we arrived, the room was cleaned. However, during your stay do not take cleaning for granted. If you ask the host, someone come just to make your bed and change your toilet papers. No proper clening of room or bathroom, during our stay.

The apartment itself wasn’t dirty but there were many ants in our room and kitchen. The bathroom lock has to be changed as the key got stuck multiple times during our stay and you can easily get locked in. On the description it was not clear that the bathroom along with the kitchen IS SHARED since there is written “the apartment is all yours”. This was very misleading and I’m sure it mislead many people.
MTMTSmooth check-in, owner was very efficient with communication. Clean, tidy, and well-sized room with air-conditioning included in the room price (not coin operated). Shower gel and shampoo were also provided. Common parts such as kitchen and living room were also clean and well-equipped. Overall, good value for money.
The pillows were not very comfortable, unfortunately; the blinds/curtians are not blackout and a lot of light comes in the room as early as 630am; water pressure in the bathroom was very weak/low.
MTThe tenant was very rude while talking to him. I asked him a simple question before going and he responded very rudely. It was a shared apartment and wasn’t clear on the advert

MTCosy and clean room with a modern kitchen
We were 2 couples staying in the rooms without ensuite so the bathroom was shared between us. The kitchen is shared with all rooms so the other guests in the other room were lounging in the kitchen when we were getting in and out of the shower to get ready which made it a bit uncomfortable. No mirror in the room so made it harder to get ready inside the room without the bathroom.
MTThe apartment is big and spacious. It is well equipped. The location is perfect.
The refrigerator was not clean enough, they left food remains and in the washing machine there were sheets to dry.
