スタッフさんが親切、天然温泉で、心地が良い。

泊まった部屋は、旧館ですがほぼ、満足でしたが 何度も宿泊してましたが、今回、気づきました、靴ヘラが無かった、次回は、備えて下さい。

スタッフの対応はよかったです。

全室オーシャンビューということで予約しましたが、割り当てられた部屋がフロントと同じ階で、景色がまったく楽しめなかった。せめて４，５階にしてほしかった。

Best location to watch Hirado bridge.reserve or upgrade to Hirado bridge side.rooms have balcony as well .bath tab is super modern,can set the water degrees.if you arrive by train to Tabira Hirado Guci station call the hotel.a pick van will pick you up.staff are very nice .lobby is superb.free welcome beer 🍺 or soft drinks..Onsen is amazing with a view to Hirado bridge/bay.

"ロケーションがよく、お部屋は清潔で癒されました、有り難うございました"

お部屋が眺めが良くて清潔で、間取りもくつろげました。

バイキングのスタッフの対応がいまいちでした。疲れてらっしゃるのか笑顔がなく、尋ねても特に男性の方がそっけない感じがしました。料理は美味しく頂きました、受付の女性の方に近くのコンビニを訪ねましたら丁寧に教えて頂きました。皆様毎日のお仕事大変ですが頑張って下さい、お世話にりました。
