Perfect location and a really nice room. Super friendly staff. First of all they facilitated an earlier checkin and since there were many available rooms they actually promoted my room type for the same price - even without me asking for it so it was a very nice surprise!

The communication could’ve been a little bit better. Since it’s war time they have changes in reception hours and no breakfast, but this wasn’t disclosed until I got there. However compared to my overall experience with the hotel this was just a minor flaw.

The room was pretty clean with an ok size. The location is great.

No elevator + there was no lights on the floor at night so it was annoying to open the room

no lift. We were up several flights of stairs.

- no clear direction to the Studios from the main hotel - lack of hangers - toilet sink is practically unusable due to size and orientation - air con problems

My room was in the next door building, the staircase up to the room was so messed up so much that you don't even see this in bad neighborhoods. (No elevator) You come into the room and you literally get a 5x5 foot room that's all!! Bunk bed and bathroom underneath No hanging space And the climbing to your bed is very uncomfortable

The Owners and Staff were Fantastic and Family. They're attitudes were Positive and Pleasant. They're conversations were relaxing and soothing. They were very Accommodating. Look forward to seeing them and staying at the Hotel again.

Maybe a Closet to hang clothes.
