"Very good"

The location, it is in the city center close to everyhing.

You need to climb a ladder to access to the bed. ( they already told it before I came to the hotel but still, it is not comfortable)

"Nice place for a good rest and sleep, near of evertything"

It is placed on a very good location, a lot of interesting places in walking distance

There was a very nice guy working on the reception, he really tried to help.

Cleaning staff did not clean anything, just changed towels, and did not even replace with proper towels. There was a sewage odor that came from time to time. The AC did not work properly and I asked many times to fix.
