A bit smaller than expected. The dryer in the laundry facility took forever to dry clothes - don’t waste your money.

JPA great size for 2 adults and 2 active toddlers. They had a heater in the shower changing area, toilet, and an extra heater for the living room on top of aircon in all rooms. Walls are thin so turn up the aircon heat settings for a more comfy stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with wares and tools. Strong shower pressure. Comfy beds and futons.
I booked because it mistakenly said there was on-site parking but turns out there wasn’t and the parking they recommended was full, so were all the other parking lots around the area. Had to park 15 minutes away. Better to check in before 5pm because the parking lots fill up fast from 5pm onwards apparently.

USMUU Kanazawa was well located for easy access to local tourist sites. We easily walked or rode local buses to major sightseeing locations. The apartment was large, comfortable, and clean. We were able to balance our meals out with cooking at home in the apartment. The kitchen, while small, was useful. Our host responded quickly to messages.
We were generally satisfied and had no complaints.
USgood supplies in the room. The room was spacious. The location was surprisingly good. Located near bus stops, and just across a bridge to a bustling commercial neighborhood.
There was little to no support from staff. The air conditioners were difficult to situate -- and it was very hot when we arrived at the unit.
JPAUThe location was good. Just around the corner from the Ninja museum. We took a taxi from the train station as we arrived very late (1000Yen).
GBWe liked the more traditional style of the accommodation and that it was an apartment, rather than hotel rooms. It was close to restaurants and shops and was really close to the excellent Ninja weapon museum which you can see from the window. We can't comment much on staff, as we didn't see any (everything was done remotely), however the instructions email didn't arrive due to a technical issue and the only way of communicating was via email. This was responded to promptly and the issue resolved before we arrived.
I found the apartment cold, with the heating via air con units being inefficient. The stairs are very steep, so don't take large and heavy luggage.
