The location was a little far from the main town

Absolutely thoughtful and friendly staff. She contacted me right after my booking and gave instructions in detail. The room itself is quite spacious, clean, and comfy enough.

it would be even better if there is a dedicated person at the building.

The place was really clean and comfortable (the bed is a bit hard but it was fine for us!). It's a bit dislocated from the center but you can rent scooters there for a good price. You get exactly what you paid for.

It's more of a feedback rather than a negative note however, we barely saw the host and check out was a bit complicated because lack of communication. They gave us some water and there was a water pump but it was empty and not changed during our stay. At night, it was quite loud (not sure if it were the host or other guests), and I understand that this is their home, however if you are willing to receive people into your house you might need to be careful with timings so you don't disturb anyone.
