The flat is very spacious, well laid out and very well equipped (there is everything you need for a pleasant stay). There is a lift in the building. Perfect for families. The pictures of the accommodation correspond to reality. Sabrina, the landlady, is very friendly and helpful. Write her a message via Whatsapp and she will answer it quickly. Unfortunately, the flat is poorly soundproofed. You hear either the neighbors (when they open the water tap, you hear it - when they flush the toilet, you hear it, too) or the cars and motor bikes outside - especially in the evening it is quite annoying - but maybe we are a little bit oversensitive. I assume that the neighbors also heard our 2 years old son when he was crying in the night :-| The gate to the site as well as the doors to the builing and to the flat are operated by an app, where you have to log in every time you want to open the doors again. In order to open the gate and the doors, you have to get identified at the front gate first via the app. When the gate opened, sometimes the door to the flat did not open and I had to get downstairs to the front gate where I had to start the "door opening procedure" again. The pin code for opening the flat door (mentioned in the e-mail correspondence) did not work in my case. Now, imagine that your smart phone´s battery has run out... You have to be lucky to get free public parking space in front of the building. During the online check-in which was to be conducted in the above mentioned app, we had to send pictures of our identity cards as well as pictures of us together with the id cards. And, during the online check in within the app, we were also asked to sign a lease contract for the flat. This was really strange. And, via this app, we were asked to pay the "city tax" for tourists plus commission fee for the money transfer (this, luckily, did not work for some reason, so we left the money without the fee on the table when we left).
