Elites Hotel

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. The soundproofing was good, and the room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable.

The staff did not appear very professional. Unlike the warm and friendly attitude we experienced from many people in Vietnam, the reception staff rarely made eye contact and did not seem welcoming. When we arrived, they were focused on their phones and offered very little interaction, with no smiles or greeting. Their appearance was also inconsistent, as everyone seemed to be dressed differently, which gave a less professional impression. In addition, the room cleanliness could have been better.

La chambre était spacieuse et le lit très confortable. Plutôt bien placé. Possibilité de louer un scooter, très pratique. On reviendra.

Nous avons prolongé notre séjour et ils nous ont changé de chambre. Cette fois ci la chambre était plus vieillote et moins bien insonorisée. La piscine à l’étage est petite.
