1. no directions, nobody available at the villa to let us in - we asked someone from the hotel opposite if they knew who to contact and then took over an hour for the host to arrive. 2. the grounds of the Villa were appalling and totally unacceptable and nothing like the pictures on booking.com swimming pool was murky with things floating on top and looked like you would catch something if used barbeque rusted, garden furniture tiny and in bad state, bags of cement left on the patio, weeds everywhere, hosepipes left all over the grounds and the manager had the cheek to say it was alright and refused to either cleanup or refund us. 3. inside the villa looked like it had not been cleaned since the last people used it last year and appeared dusty and dirty.
