we liked the location, the sense of security and cleanliness of the place.

We were billeted on the 3rd floor without an elevator made moving our belongings difficult, and with my lumbar and knee pain, the stairs were a terrible experience.

The location is walking distance from the jeepneys. I like the kitchen very much. It's complete with rice cooker, infrared stove , microwave oven, pots and pans, plates and bowls, coffee cups and utensils. I was able to cook healthy breakfast and dinner for my son. The shower strong. Drainage is ok. There's a sofa set with center table. There are trees outside the window.

Very clean and well-maintained. A nice, efficient layout. Very quiet location, but conveniently located to malls, food and shopping. Public transportation easily available. Very friendly and knowledgeable, helpful staff. The information provided prior to our arrival was clear, concise and very helpful. We loved this place.
