Amber Palace

We booked this hotel online, but the location given in Booking .com is wrong, it is showing on main road but the location is very interior on an residential , undeveloped dirty area. Anyone will feel disappointment while reaching to the hotel. We feel very bad experience (like a cheating) due to this even we don't like to enter into the hotel and changed our mind to not to stay there. It was giving us a very un-pleasant feeling of the location of hotel

Location at where the hotel is situated and the way how to reach to the hotel. Very dirty area, neither it is on a main road, nor a village, nor a good developed colony. Very dirty cow dunk smale around the hotel, every where the construction material was lying.

At the time of booking the hotel description displayed that it is 700m from Ram mandir but actually it was 7km, when i raised this at the time of check in the manager said it is a glitch and we are working on it, due to this my travel expenses has increased by 3X within city and there was no compensation offered against their mistake of displaying wrong information. What should be improved: Transparent information on websites, staff have issues with information transfer, For example we were told that they will send the cab to airport for pickup when i arrived and called another staff answered he was not aware and he will send right away which cost me to wait 1 hour. Another example: we given the key and asked the staff to get them clean, when we returned thae staff shift was over and another staff told she was not aware which again cost me to wait 15-20 minutes.
