The substitute room was very big and comfortable apart from the extreme heat in the bathroom, which was due to a system problem. Ventilation was only alright if the balcony door was open.

The entire hotel had a problem with the heating system so that all the bathrooms were stiflingly hot and they had no windows. If you kept the bathroom door open, then the whole room was far too hot. This was a known problem not a sudden unexpected one. In the first room the shower did not work, so the staff eventually found us an alternative.

L'albergo si trova all'interno delle mura ed è veramente bello sopratutto per il fatto che vi si poteva godere di un bel panorama. La cucina ha risollevato tutto a cena: piatti veramente buoni, saporiti e con ottime materie prime. Lo staff era gentile. La colazione discreta.

Non mi è piaciuto che ci fosse un odore molto molto sgradevole al bagno: tipo ammoniaca per non dire peggio che non è migliorato pur avendo fatto la doccia in due. Abbiamo chiuso il bagno e tenuto la finestra socchiusa per poter dormire e far circolare l'aria. C'erano anche vetri per terra in bagno. Avendo un bambino piccolo ho fatto presente la cosa credendo che sarei stata cambiata di camera sia per il cattivo odore che i pezzi di vetro ma così non è stato. Hanno proposto di dare una spazzata.
