Hotel Madera

Staff were nice in general. When I entered the room, it was clean. The water is provided free outside the room. Wifi is provided for free, which seems to be barely letting the user to surf the web. Fridge is inside the room. Wardrobe was spacious.

One of the saddest things about the hotel is that they don't have enough power cords to plug in. There was only one single power outlet by the bedside on the right hand corner. No end tables are available on either side of the bed. The door was malfunctioning and could not lock the door. The hotel front man knew the door was broken but did not fix it. Instead, he showed how to lock the broken door, which was incredibly difficult. I did not feel comfortable because the door could not be locked. The toilet was cleaned but smelled bad. Because the water does not come up to the certain level, what comes out of your arse will leave marks on ceramics, which looks very bad and smell terrible due to the shit mark staying there until you check out and get cleaned afterwards. The shower head was broken. It would've been nice to have an air conditioning system but wasn't equipped. Since I felt so hot and humid inside, I opened the window to only see hundreds of cars passing by. The noise level is generally loud until very late night. You cannot open the windows not only because of the loud car noises outside but also unpleasant gas smell belching out of hundreds of cars outside. If you're intending to stay during the summer, one MUST BRING AN ELECTRIC FAN. Finally, the hotel does not provide an invoice. I sent a request to send an invoice but the hotel is continuing to ignore me. If you're going for a business trip, you would need an invoice. Remember, they do not provide one.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Madera Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect — convenient and close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the stylish interior to the excellent service. The food was also delicious, with a great variety to choose from. Overall, Madera Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality stay. Definitely a 10/10 experience, and I can’t wait to come back again!
