"In Winters it’s way too cold and unbearable to live"

Location, value for money

In winters there is a lot of power cuts so the rooms on first floor are way too cold hence it’s unbearable to live if there is no power, apart from that I don’t see any issues at this price range.

good location flexible timings for checkin checkout the owner was really nice and humble also helped and guided me for exploring the city and even arranged transport for me

if you are looking for luxury its not for you but if you are solo or travelling on budget it might be a nice option for you

Very good hotel.The hotel is very closed to Dal Lake.and located on main road.The owner of the hotel is very polite.All is well for booking.com.

Mr Bilal Ahmad brought a lot of positive energy and catered to our needs well. Its budget friendly and has basic requirements. Dal Lake nearby and eateries within one km

Electricity cuts. No socket for charging linked to an inverter in the room. The guest house doesn't provide it's inhouse breakfast,lunch and dinner
