poor organization of guest arrival, you have to guess where to get the keys. the house has a code lock, but they never told you what code to get inside
ATthe elevator was shady, it fell 5-10 cm when you got in so we didn’t use it and had to walk 5 floors; other people did use it though so it seemed kinda safe
