The apartment was in a good location. It was clean and comfortable.

The hosts of PortifinoStays were very difficult to contact prior to our stay. We were dismissed with some of our concerns and they stopped replying to our messages. The security deposit was unusual compared to other places I've booked in the past. It took a week for it to be refunded into my account.
