Saját parkoló, volt mikró, kávéfőző, fűszerek,erkély, közel volt a bolt.

A fürdőben nem volt fűtés, és a tusolóból csak éppen hogy langyos víz folyt.

A szállás egy iroda átalakítva apartmanná. A zuhanyzóban langyos volt a víz, az ablakokon nem lehet teljesen lehúzni a rolókat, az utcai világítás nagyon zavaró, a zaj is beszűrődik. Csak a nagyvillanyok működnek, a 4 db olvasólámpa közül egyetlen egy sem üzemelt.
