Bellview Apartment Zadar

Very centrally located apartment. Comfortable beds. Nice to have a little balcony overlooking the rooftops. Good Wifi.

The dining area “room” has a very low sloping roof. I’m only 5” 7 and I banged my head several times. You have to bend over to walk in to access the fridge, tea making and dining chairs.

Old town location

What a lovely apartment! When walking through the hustle and bustle of the town I was worried that being so central the apartment would be noise but this was not the case. Lovely clean and tidy room and bathroom but the highlight was the balcony.

There couldn't be a better location, right in the middle of the old town, close to the beach. All services right next door. The apartment was cozy, with a big balcony and the air conditioning worked very well. Good instructions for logging in. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. The bed linen and towels were clean and of high quality, the drinks were cold in the fridge.

The balcony had a view of the two church towers and the roof of the neighboring house. Although the sunset was great, I wouldn't go out of my way to highlight the views. The church bells rang very often, and it belonged to the apartment, this disturbed me especially early in the morning, on vacation I would like to sleep longer. There was lipstick from the previous guest on the bathroom mirror and stains on the table (maybe coffee or tea). A microwave oven would have been included, so it would have been possible to heat something up.

We had a lovely stay :) Incredible location, AC was lovely towels provided

be warned it is 4 storeys high with no lift, no toiletries, but there is hand soap

Large terrace, very comfortable for having a glass of wine in the evenings. Nice view. The studio was perfect for us as a couple, feels very new. Location right in the center, easy to find. Strong water pressure for the shower.

It's was ok for us, but keep in mind it is a top flat and there is no lift so it might be difficult if you have trouble walking up the stairs with luggage.

The location,balcony,and flexibility made our stay very comfortable and pleasurable :)

Clean, cozy apartment in excellent location. Great contact with the owner. I definitely recommend it!
