Round Venice

Location, quiet, and safe neighbourhood, close to all amenities.5-10 min walk to bus stop that gets you to Venice centre in 15 mins.Fabulous Terrace and a great pub Marciano Pub Marghera a short walk away.

Things to happen, but it would've been nice to have been informed that the oven and freezer weren't working.Plus, no access to the air conditioning units as the remote to operate it was missing.

The building is in a residential area with plenty of shops and parks around – we loved it for our 2-day stop in Venice. Mestre train station and a bus stop with a direct line to the old town is within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was equipped for simple cooking.

Amazing option if you want to spend the night close to Venice. It's about 15 minutes walk to the railway station from where you can reach Venice by railway in 10 minutes. The accommodation is really big and comfortable and the underground garage is available. Great value for the money.

All was very good! Very good location, close to bus station and some cafeterias. Very very clean and comfortable accommodation, it’s great!

Little Smell of pets or prepared meals of previous visitors. Absence of clothing drier and washing machine. Need to add few more thinner pillows. To fix door lockers in the toilet rooms. After several days Accusations of the owners of burning two frying pans, but we didn’t use kitchen at all. May be it was previous visitors and owners didn’t noticed it, and that’s why it smells.

The property is advertised as air-conditioned. In the reality there is one AC u nit located in the corridor between bedrooms. The temperature in the living room was above 28°C. The temperature in the bedrooms was above 26°C with no air circulation at all. After reaching out to the host, I got a fan that was running in the corridor pushing some air into the bedrooms. If you close the door to get some privacy you suffocated in 30 minutes.!

Clean house, underground garage, kind staff, good location

Flat itself very good!! But town itself feels a bit doogy… i would not walk alone in the middle of night…

The host was very nice and helpful. we had a bus pass to Venice from them cold water in the fridge, clean apartment spacious, close amenities lidl was close pizza shop halal, halal meat shop on the corner 10-15 to venice on bus , car . We enjoyed it there.
