Loved the facilities and the sauna was a nice extra. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was only a 3 minute walk to the ferry.

Fantastic location. And SO tranquil being set back from the road. The pool was amazing and the rooms spotless.

It was just perfect. A beautiful room, all the facilities that you need. We had the double bedroom with two bathroom suite. All just perfect and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, all local products, fresh and delicious. Probably the best breakfast ever! And the kindness of Laura and Maria made it just perfect!

Our 2 weeks stay at l'Agriturismo Il Medeghino was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The property itself is spectacular and without exception, the family and staff are friendly and eager to please. The centuries old property was tastefully and elegantly renovated, sparing no detail or expense. Our room was large and comfortable, as well as being full of character, and the overall vibe of the whole agriturismo was one of relaxation. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility around the pool area and breakfast in the historic courtyard. Breakfast itself was delicious and consisted of high quality products. Rooms were cleaned immaculately by the cleaning lady.

Not a negative, but just a heads up that entrance to the parking area is quite challenging for larger cars due to steep slope with tight turn. Free public parking is nearby for those seeking alternatives.

We stayed here for a week and we loved our stay. The room was very nice and was split up in two bathrooms, a living space and a bedroom. Ideal for us since we're traveling with our 1.5 year old son. We could put him in bed and still enjoy our evening in the living space or on our own outside terrace. Everything was new and clean, the staff were wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very complete, everything was fresh and very tasty. We also loved their own made honey and we also bought some to use at home. Overall, a near perfect stay and we would definitely like to return one day :)

We only had one rather small issue but it's not something that could be easily fixed. Since the property is on a hillside, you enter the parking area driving down and with a rather sharp curve. This is still doable but with an SUV or stationwagon you really have to pay attention and take it very slow when exiting the parking area. I guess I only had about 2 or 3 centimeters of space left on each side, you really have to nail the approach angle. To be fair, for smaller cars it will not be an issue and these are still the norm in Italy.
