L'appartamento è molto ampio ed accogliente, nuovo, arredato con gusto e attenzione e con una cucina ben attrezzata. Tutto pulitissimo. Per la colazione "fai da te" jogurt, the, caffè, marmellate, succhi di frutta. Al piano interrato un locale per il bucato. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Fra la strada e l'ingresso ci sono tre scalini ripidi; è stato messo un corrimano, ma se si hanno difficoltà motorie potrebbe essere un problema. Potrebbe essere utile un cancelletto davanti alle scale che portano al piano lavanderie.
