Great stay right in the centre of Chioggia. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped (even in the kitchen). We loved the beautiful balcony view over the whole city. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they were very helpful and friendly. The owners kindly let us use their bikes for the entire stay—we used them every day, mostly to get to the beach. Parking is available at the public parking lots nearby—the owner recommended the most affordable one. The only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is located on the 4th floor, with no elevator, which may be a challenge for less fit guests.

Everything was great to the included bicycles to the WiFi and the starter packs of food and drinks.

You need to be fit to climb the 4 flights of stairs. Thankfully Paolo took our luggage up the stairs since there is no lift.

The most memorable part of this stay is the way our host, Paulo, took ALL my luggage (about 22 kilos worth) up 77 stairs like he was a gazelle, leaping across the mighty Serengeti. While I was gasping for air, he was calm, cool, and barely breathing while he showed us his gorgeous apartment. :) Needless to say, we had a fantastic stay. Paolo gave us a safe, locked garage on the street to store our bicycles. The apartment had views from every window since it was on the top floor. High quality everything, and decorated very nicely. The kitchen items were plentiful and allowed us to cook divinely for three days, especially with the local seafood market right down the street. We were right in the middle of all the action, but it was so quiet because we were in the clouds. Chioggia was quaint and interesting. Don’t miss it and stay here. You‘ll be glad you did.
