Owner of this property is a very supportive gentleman. Overall the stay was superb ! The family room is amazing . Good for both family or trip with friends.

Almost all thing

Two of us stayed in a very spacious family room over 2 floors. Bed was very comfortable. Air con was available but we didn't need it as the fan did a very good job of keeping us cool. This is a new business and some small changes are coming very soon which will make this homestay an excellent choice. Hot water is definitely a bonus and much appreciated after spending over 2.5 weeks without heated water. At first look there didn't seem to be much around. However, after the unseasonal rain stopped we discovered more. The beach is a short walk away back to Cullen Road, turn left and over the railway line. Alternatively turn right out of the property, reach the canal, turn right again and you will find Alleppey Lighthouse with food shacks and cafes. There is also a bar selling BEER! Only 240rs for 650ml Kingfisher and a bottled water. Our favourite restaurant was the Garden Cafe next to the Brooklands Avenue. Grey and white building next to Cullen Bridge. Quiet property, security was good. Family are friendly and helpful.

Kitchen facilities were good breakfasts were ok. Staff were friendly but having to talk constantly to someone who spoke English but lived in another city to be understood by host on site was trying.

Language difficulties, one bed was up steep stairs in a loft, bathroom was difficult, no shower curtains. Towels were polyester and did not dry you.

Amazing Location, Great staff, the room was beautiful and clean, and had all the amenities we needed, breakfast was delicious and varied every day.
