This was our second stay at Casa Allegra and it was even better than the first. It was obvious that efforts have been made to improve some of the facilities (iron available) and decoration. The location, house and grounds are beautiful and communication and assistance from our hosts and staff was perfect. This place really feels like home away from home and we look forward to returning again soon.

Absolutely nothing to not like.

The house is in an outstanding position for exploring the Amalfi coast, with both Positano and Amalfi less than 30 minutes away and with easy access to the amenities and restaurants of Praiano, a somewhat "hidden gem" away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Amalfi Coast. The property itself is wonderfully private, a true rarity in an area known for the tightly integrated flats and houses in the towns and villages. Casa Allegra is set in spacious and well thought out grounds, the beautifully sculptured gardens include a BBQ and heated pool. The views across the Mediterranean sea are rivalled by only some of the most exclusive hotels and matched the best views of any of the restaurants we visited during our stay. The property was a 3 minute walk from the nearest road, but the path is relatively flat and even all the way to the front gate and it absolutely beats the steep climb up the stairs required by most of the properties across Amalfi. If you're travelling by car, nearby off street parking is included. The house itself was spacious and well equipped with fast internet, air-con and all modern amenities. Everything had been thought through carefully so that we had everything we needed - coffee pods, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, shampoo and conditioner, washing powder etc etc... A big shout out to the fantastic support from the team running the house, who were highly communicative throughout, took our luggage to and from our car into the property, and made us feel wonderfully welcome. They arranged a lovely suprise on arrival as we were celebrating a very special occasion. A huge thank you to Giovanna and Giuseppe for such a fantastic experience and being such welcoming hosts.

Nothing really to add. We got slightly cold at night (in mid May) and when we asked for extra blankets they were brought to the house the same day.

The property was immaculately clean, the grounds were maintained exceptionally well and the views are to die for.

The bed is hard as a rock

View was the best as was the yard and space

Bed is like a rock, cheap sheets, cheap TP, no maps or guidance to get to beach or town. 1 towels for 6 nights ? Simple things. No response from host for days on questions.

Amazing place. The view, the pool, the house, the facilities and grounds are all spot on, incredibly beautiful. Communication was on point and the introduction/assistance from Giuseppe was much appreciated. This experience absolutely lived up to expectation. Praiano is a charming and sleepy town, but very welcoming and having visited other towns on the Amalfi Coast, I would choose this location every time!

Amazing place, the view, the welcoming everything has been absoloutly perfect. Praiano is a wonderful town and the house was so quiet and well equipped. The pool is the top! Communication has been great
