Toilet seat was a bit wobly.
CZCZWe had a spacious and clean family room. The hotel organised snorkelling and fishing trips for us which were really good, fun and reasonably priced.

AUWe had the top floor family room, lovely to sit out early in the morning and evenings. We appreciated the filtered water on hand with a glass bottle to refill instead of plastic bottles.
Bathroom was a bit smelly at times.
DEnice clean small hotel close to the bikini beach and some good restaurants. the personal was very friendly and helped booking the speedboats from and to male. the communication on whatsapp worked perfectly. on new years eve they invited us to a nice buffet dinner close to the beach together with other hotels :)
SKOur stay at the hotel was very pleasant, mainly thanks to the excellent service and friendly staff. They were always attentive, making sure everything was okay. A special mention goes to the gentleman who took care of cleaning our room-he did an outstanding job, ensuring that everything was spotless every morning. The overall organization of our stay was smooth, and the hotel had a nice and relaxing environment. We also appreciated the well-arranged transportation, as the hotel efficiently handled both the ferry and speedboat
Despite the positive experience, there were some issues that affected our stay. When we extended our booking directly with the hotel, we received a lower price but were not informed that breakfast was no longer included. The staff even assured us that breakfast was free, yet we were charged $9 per person at check-out. Additionally, the Sandbank tour was a major disappointment. It was advertised as a romantic experience with music and candles, but none of that was provided. The guide also stayed with us on the island the entire time, which ruined the atmosphere. After the tour, we were unexpectedly informed about extra taxes and service fees that were never mentioned before. While the hotel eventually waived these charges, the lack of transparency in pricing was frustrating.
