Nature Escape Montenegro

One of the standout features of our stay in Montenegro was the warmth and hospitality of our host. She went above and beyond by offering us drinks and accommodating our late-night arrival to hand over the keys. The area itself was stunning, offering beautiful landscapes and a tranquil atmosphere that made our visit truly memorable. The combination of the picturesque surroundings and the genuine kindness of our host made our stay unforgettable.

Unique localization, very helpful and friendly Host. For sure the place is different than most in Kotor area and this is it.

The location of this place is wonderful. Very unique and different from others. I would easily saym that this hidden gem worth the visit to relax and rest from the chaotic world.

A truly unique place under the Lovčen massif. There are very few like them. The access road is already an experience and the traditional stone house is a real "cherry on the cake". You can enjoy the view of Boka Kotorska for free. Communication with the accommodation is above average, Jelena and her parents are very nice, kind and communicative people. Mrs. Ljuba (Jelena's mother) baked us fantastic homemade donuts flavored with her homemade jam. In addition, on an extremely hot day, they thought of everyone with a cold drink (lemonade, beer, wine). Simply, we felt like we were visiting good old friends, or rather family. By the way, for breakfast we got fresh homemade eggs from the hens that grazed freely in the garden. Thanks to these people, Montenegro and especially Kotor is our new favorite destination. Beautiful scenery in the mountains, a small nice neighborhood with nice people. Exceptionally kind hosts with flexibility regarding check out, and could give you all the help. Iron, washing machine, full kitchen, everything in great condition. A place designed for a relaxing getaway.

The drive to the property is long, I mean REALLY long. We were going there with our Citroen Jumper minivan, the streets were sometimes as narrow as the bus. We wanted to check out the pubs in Kotor but we could not risk the bus ride in the night. To sum up, great property if you are looking to get away from the sounds of the city, not great if you are looking for night life.
